Location

Chateau L'Avocat is situated in the village of Cerons 35kms south-east of Bordeaux on the left bank of the Garonne River.

Climate: The vines of Chateau L'Avocat are on a plateau. The plateau enjoys all day sun and is historically considered amongs the best 'terroir' in the Graves appellation.

Soil: The soil is layers of river gravel intermixed with sand deposits. The sub soil has a base of limestone block which proivde nourishment and water in summer.
